This position will be responsible for keeping organized financial records for all company expenditures, making bank deposits and reconciling bank statements, reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing payroll, maintaining payroll deductions (including benefit deductions), maintaining the general ledger, organizing and coordinating information for tax filings, helping create and oversee budgets, providing income statements to ownership, ability to use spreadsheets and learn technology platform for financial record keeping, assistance with misc. company projects. Pay ranges based off of experience, education and certification level.
