Confidential Hiring for E-commerce Sales Channel Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a highly creative Channel Specialist to drive our best-in-class online product and shopping experience. They will be responsible for both supporting the strategy and owning the execution that drives maximum revenue and conversion via online channels.

Note: We are looking for a true multichannel expert, to manage Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Overstock, Lowes, and multiple smaller accounts. ONLY Applicants with direct experience in Vendor and Seller Central will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Make strategic plans to drive significant growth within channel accounts
• Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions, and inquiries, & MAP violators
• Grow and review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
• Monitor inventory levels
• Create and analyze reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth
• Organize and manage accounts and advertising budget
• Create A+ content for all channels
• Maintain and optimize product listings to increase rankings
• Keyword research, Amazon algorithm, and product search rankings
• Updating title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.
• Bring on and maintain new sales channels
• Drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns to increase listing visibility and revenue through marketplace tools
• Assist our authorized selling partners with inquiries and aid in resolving listing issues
• Maintain Walmart Ad Center & create different types of PPC campaigns
• Present monthly progress reports, maintain dashboard for metrics
• All other tasks related to online marketplaces and broader eCommerce efforts as assigned

Qualifying Requirements:

• MUST have 3+years Amazon/Amazon Seller Central in-house for a consumer brand company or agency
• Expert understanding of how Walmart Ad Center Works
• Expert in creating different types of PPC campaigns
• Expert in running promotions & listings on sales channels
• Understand pricing strategies
• Experience in nurturing new sales channels
• Need the ability to write for new products, attention to detail, use of images
• Solid understanding of shipping and fulfillment requirements for eCommerce marketplaces
• Must be able to work alone and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Amazon FBA, FBM, VC: 3 years (Preferred)
• managing and creating A+ content for sales channels: 3 years (Preferred)
• working in an Ecommerce environment: 5 years (Preferred)
