We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist the Accounts Payable Team Lead entering supplier invoicing into our Company accounting system in a timely and accurate manner. The Accounts Payable Clerk supports our Accounts Payable Team Lead with other clerical and administrative responsibilities as may be necessary to facilitate processing of accounts payable transactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Matching of open supplier invoicing to open purchase orders and receiving records for entry to open accounts payable

· Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons.

· Handles vendor correspondence via phone or email.

· Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records, and reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
