Responsibilities
Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for providing practical and strategic HR guidance and support to organizations? OneGroup is looking for an HR Consultant team member to support OneGroup clients and positively collaborate with OneGroup team members in providing the highest quality human resources professional and administrative services. Clients rely heavily on the HR Consulting Services team at OneGroup to serve as an extension of their own organizations. Our HR Consultants tap into their skills and experience to provide our wide variety of clients’ human resources needs. This includes anything from outsourced administrative services supporting onboarding and separation processes to regulatory/compliance questions, employee relations investigations, and management consulting. HR Consultants will also work proactively to provide input and insight into continuous improvement efforts in servicing our valued client base.
Ideal candidates for this role are those who have practical skills and experience as an HR Generalist and would like to add variety to their day and career by utilizing their skills for a variety of companies in need of great HR Consulting Services. Top candidates will be analytically minded, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to quickly identify workforce issues and recommend effective solutions.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
