Department Statement:
The Institutional Research Analyst reports to the University’s Associate Provost for Institutional Analysis and will contribute to institutional research on areas of priority to the University, as described in its Third Century Plan.
The Institutional Research Analyst will serve as a vital member of our institution, providing data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning. The individual will work closely with various departments, faculty, and administration to gather and analyze data related to academic programs, student success, institutional effectiveness, and more. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and an interest in higher education. This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively across various departments and to gain a holistic understanding of the functions and operations of a liberal arts college.

Description:
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret institutional data, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. Ability to use statistical analysis and data management software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, SQL Developer). Ability to support the development and administration of surveys and other data collection tools.
