Reporting to the facility’s Chief Financial Officer, the Hospital Business Office Manager will be supported by a talented team of Revenue Cycle Supervisors, Insurance Billers, and Patient Financial Counselors within the department. They will also regularly coordinate with Patient Accounts and other departmental teams of administrative and clinical staff throughout the hospital to ensure compliance with the hospital’s applicable policies and procedures.
As the Hospital Business Office Manager, this person will be playing a vital role in the Patient Billing and Collections processes. The Manager will provide strategic leadership initiatives over revenue cycle reporting, insurance verification, reimbursement calculation and other related tasks through data interpretation, policies, and procedures. The Hospital Business Office Manager will be responsible for the management, training, and education of the supporting staff and supervisors within the department.
