Supports a 6 member team with day-to-day operations of the grant funded program SC Public Health Preparedness Student Corp in Collaboration with its four statewide sub-recipients. Support includes facilitation communications, implementation of program objectives and activities ( per request by team members) and other duties as assigned.
This is a temporary 5-8 weeks position.
JOB DUTIES:
50% – Essential – Management:
Become familiar with all components of the projects work plan and sub-recipients’ scope of work to the degree needed to proactively anticipate needs of the project, team members, sub-recipients, student participants, and CU grants management needs. Problem solve and volunteer office management ideals and strategies towards fostering Strategic Plan outcomes.
30% – Essential – Administrative:
Use common office management platforms and software ( video conferencing, work processor, spreadsheet, presentation programs) to support project needs. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Respond to inquiries about the project participants and stakeholders.
15% – Essential – Procurement:
Purchases materials and supplies as requested using Buyways. Works with grant coordinator and grant PI to ensure budget is being followed. Adheres to post award guidelines and project sub-recipients interactions.
5% – Essential – Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education – 1st Bachelor’s Degree

Work Exp 2+ years
Office management, program planning
History of similar experience, standard office computer skills
