The Role

• Offers thought leadership in all aspects of organizational development and effectiveness, including culture, structure, processes, and systems.
• Uses a variety of tools (surveys, focus groups, etc.) to engage the organization and understand business & personnel needs and the organizational development strengths and areas for improvement.
• Identifies resistance and performance gaps and works to resolve them via programs such as work experience, training, mentoring, etc.
• Collaborates with leaders and serves as a coach / facilitator around team development as needed.
• Creates and shares tools to scale the work of organizational development and effectiveness.
• Assesses the success of organizational training effectiveness and ensures its lasting impact in business results and employee engagement and career development.
• Serves as an internal consultant regarding change and complex change management.
• Drives global L&D strategies and initiatives to ensure regional fulfillment of global KPIs within areas such as continuous learning and improvement.
• Research new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs (internal and external) to meet the organization’s changing needs.
• Ensures broad and agile learning opportunities offering something for all levels ranging from newly onboarded associates to senior leadership.
• Creating a training forecast to ensure learning and development offerings are closing business needs and future-proofing CP in terms of upskilling, reskilling, and safeguarding the strategic business direction.

What we expect of you?

Qualifications:

• Working and collaborating across departmental boundaries
• Comfortable being looked to as a learning consultant and coach
• Proficiency in developing learning content, guides, and supporting course materials
• Creating and reporting on overall learning statistics.
• Loading course content, creating courses and programs and rolling out training campaigns in the learning management system
• Creating consistency in how training is delivered through the use of branding, imagery, and style.

Skills:

• Strong time & self-management skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and comfortability with public speaking
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Change management experience a plus
• Spanish fluency a plus

Experience:

• 3+ Years of experience in a similar role with a strong record of accomplishments working in L&D
• Experience Working and collaborating across departmental boundaries
• Experience in Project management and budgeting
• Experience providing training both in person and via online learning platforms
• Assisting with building/leveraging a competency model to identify skills needed to effectively perform jobs across the company.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, organizational development, business administration or similar

Travel:

• U.S. and international travel, including travel to Mexico, may be required as needed.
