Here Is What You Will Be Doing:

• Proactively researches and analyzes complex data sets and provides comprehensive recommendations for pay structures and compensation practices for current and new positions across the organization.
• Provides advice, guidance and training to leaders, department managers, employees, and HR colleagues in the interpretation and administration of the organization’s compensation programs and policies.
• Reviews salary adjustment requests and position approval proposals for all positions. Makes recommendations based on internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Manages job description process. Partners with leaders to determine position responsibilities, duties, knowledge, skills, abilities, and minimum requirements. Ensures job descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed.
• Assesses job duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt.
• Participates in salary surveys to collect and analyze information on the organization’s positions. Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
• Creates effective, efficient, and easy to understand custom reports and dashboards to assist in making fact-based compensation decisions.
• Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and guidelines and recommends revisions that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and business objectives.
• Participates in significant Human Resources initiatives.
• Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues.

• Ability to adapt to change and shifts in priorities

Here Is What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and three (3) or more years of compensation experience

Nice to Have:

• Master’s degree
• Human Resources Certification
• Prior healthcare experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
