Reports to: Recruitment and Onboarding Manager
FLSA Status: This position is considered NON-EXEMPT in relation to the pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.Normal agency business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. However, from time-to-time working hours may extend beyond normal business hours. If this occurs, compensation will follow Wage and Hour guidelines established under the Fair Labor Standards Act as identified in ChangeInc. Personnel Policies and Procedures
Responsibilities:
Direct Care recruitment focus with a target of 10.00 or more tangible interviews conducted per working day
Monitors the agency?s ongoing open needs which drives recruitment focuses
Source applicants from all hiring platforms and conduct interviews to determine qualifications by analyzing responses and building rapport
Foster relationships with employees during their 30, 60 & 90 days of employment to gauge their satisfaction and experience with Change Inc.
Evaluate and analyze sources to determine which hiring platform is bringing in the best candidates
Propose new ideas, encourage change and promote evolution of practices to retain employees
Collaborate and build relationships with organizations (i.e; trade schools, community colleges, CNA courses, etc) that can refer potential quality staff
Engage in career fairs and other events as directed by the supervisor or department head
Comply with and maintain up to date knowledge with federal and state regulations
Other duties as designed

Ability to handle a large volume of phone calls and interviews
Strong computer skills

Salary: $45,000
