Assistant or Associate Professor of Social Work/Program Director
Job Description:
The School of Social Innovation at Champlain College is seeking a Program Director for a vibrant Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program committed to the values of social justice and to developing future social workers ready to practice and ready to innovate, challenge, and advance the profession. We seek a colleague who models this commitment through personal and professional dedication to supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
Founded in 1878, Champlain College is a small, not-for-profit, private college overlooking Lake Champlain and Burlington, Vermont, with additional campuses in Montreal, Canada, and Dublin, Ireland. Our career-driven approach to higher education prepares students for their professional life from their very first semester. Students in the School of Social Innovation and the Social Work program are engaged in community-focused experiential work that prepares them for leadership in responding to social and environmental challenges.
