Junior Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries and concerns by giving accurate and trustworthy information, using the tools and training provided
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships through consistent and meticulous follow up
• Providing excellent customer service to our commercial and residential customers daily
• Explaining the features and benefits of products and services to customers, assisting them in finding deals that match their needs, and offering after-sales services
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s goods or services in order to provide appropriate advice and suggestions to customers
• Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Qualifications for the Junior Account Manager:

• A High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Strong background in sales and customer service
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Ability to meet and exceed company sales goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
