The IT Administrator will work with the internal IT team to manage and maintain the internal IT infrastructure according to the organization’s best practices. All work will be clearly and concisely documented and performed in a timely manner. This position will be expected to assist in the creation and maintenance of system documentation. Daily this position will investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion, while providing internal customers with outstanding customer service and appropriate status updates on a regular basis. Must possess the ability to quickly troubleshoot / research an issue and determine the correct path to resolution.

Skills Requirements

• End Point Device Support and Administration
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows based endpoint devices

• Administer and troubleshoot MacOS based endpoint devices

• Administer and troubleshoot iOS based endpoint devices

• Administer and troubleshoot Android based endpoint devices

• Administer and troubleshoot printing for all device platforms

• Administer and troubleshoot approved applications for all device platforms

• Administer and troubleshoot common peripheral devices such as headsets, smartcards, scanners, Bluetooth devices, etc.

• Familiarity with Windows 365 virtual desktops

• Familiarity with endpoint device virtualization such as Hyper-V, VMware Fusion, and Parallels.

• Ability to create clear succinct documents for users

• Ability to train and mentor user in the proper use of applications and processes

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Mange and troubleshoot devices and applications in Intune using Microsoft Endpoint Manager

• Manage and troubleshoot identity and access

• Manage and troubleshoot threat protection

• Manage and troubleshoot information protection

• Manage and troubleshoot compliance feature in Microsoft 365

• Manage and troubleshoot issues with M365 Apps, Teams, and SharePoint.

Network Infrastructure Administration

• Manage and troubleshoot wireless and wired networks

• Manage and troubleshoot firewall, VPN Gateways, and Internet connections

• Manage and troubleshoot layer 2 and layer 3 switching

• Manage and troubleshoot network servers

• Manage and troubleshoot other physical and virtual networking technologies and devices

Physical Requirements

This position will require the lifting and moving of network equipment such as UPS’s, switches, routers, firewalls, PC’s, servers, etc. The position will require sitting and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 cloud-based systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.

Office Location and Travel 

This position will be located in our office in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Other Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate

• CompTIA Network+

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus. 

• Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
