Centralia College is located on a 30-acre campus in the heart of Centralia, Washington and has been serving students in the Lewis County region since 1925. As a comprehensive community college, Centralia College offers academic transfer and workforce programs, as well as adult basic education, ELL, and personal enrichment classes. The college also offers five Bachelor of Applied Science degrees: Information Technology – Application Development, Diesel Technology, Applied Management (Business), Behavioral Healthcare and Teacher Education.
In addition to the main campus in Centralia, Centralia College East in Morton is a smaller site that serves the needs of students in east Lewis County. Since the college is committed to the success of all students, Centralia College also provides educational programs at two corrections centers in southwest Washington – Garrett Heyns Education Center located in Shelton, Washington and the Cedar Creek Corrections Center located in Littlerock, Washington. In addition to Green Hill School in Chehalis, Washington. In total, the college serves more than 7,000 students annually. Job Description
This is a classified position that reports to the Foundation Executive Director. Under general direction, perform specialized professional services for the Foundation. Duties include facilitation, updating, and maintenance of financial and donor data, awarding of scholarships through the software, management of scholarship processes, compiling and producing reports, monitoring the budget, assisting the board with communication and meetings, assisting donors, students and campus faculty regarding their accounts, donations, or scholarships. Apply knowledge and experience of the Foundation to accomplish the goals and tasks of the Foundation. Provide Foundation information regarding policies, procedures, record coordination, scholarships, and events to students, employees, Foundation board members, scholarship recipients, and donors. Prioritize deadlines and perform specialized tasks.
This position performs a broad range of duties to meet the needs of the Foundation requiring specialized knowledge and experience specific to the Foundation. This position may require flexible hours and some work on evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
Two years of experience at a level equivalent to Fiscal Specialist 1
AND
15 quarter hours or 10 semester hours of college level accounting.
OR
Equivalent education/experience.
Conditions of Employment
There is one 40 hours per week position. Classified employees are represented by the Washington State Federation of State Employees (WFSE). The state of Washington provides a comprehensive benefits package for state employees.

COMPENSATION
Monthly Salary: Range 43 ($3,619 – 4,723)
