As a HR Specialist (Benefits/Compensation) you will: Perform work related to determining pay, maintaining payroll records, analyzing pay data, and producing related pay reports. Perform special surveys and/or audits of pay, time and leave matters. Respond to written and verbal inquiries from various offices, both federal and non-federal. Counsel or advises individual employees within a large, complex, or diverse organization. Provide managers and employees with information and interpretations of the agency’s employee benefits administration, and other work life programs.
