Non-Profit Health Organization Hiring for Bookkeeper Job at Remote Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and Review approved invoices from Client Coordinators

• Responsible for entering in new vendors to Accounting system and CRM

• Enter Accounts Receivable from Donors

• Weekly data entry and Coding of invoices in Oracle NetSuite

• Record daily transactions in “Invoices Received” (deposits, income, expenses)

• Monitor aging reports for (AR and AP)

• Prepare payment schedule for Accountant to issue payments

• Record payments approved by Sr. Accountant

• General Ledger entries/Manual Journal Entries

• Record Accounts Receivable and Revenue

• Assist Senior Accountant/Controller on ad hoc projects as needed

• Bi- weekly Bank Reconciliations and Monthly Financial Reports

Employment Offer & Details

P/T position. 12-15 hours per week @ $30/hour (based on experience)

Preferred Skills

Knowledge and Experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred but not required), Excel & Google Suite; Experience working from Bank Statements & Invoice processing, and bank reconciliations Familiar with Health Administration, HIPAA and Bookkeeping. Exceptional attention to detail, Excellent written communication skills; No direct relationship with our clients, providers or team members
