CDI Corporation Hiring for Timekeeper/Payroll Clerk at Port Neches, TX  Full Time

In plant assignment for a Timekeeper/Benefits Admin to join our Integrated Oxides and Derivatives team located in Port Neches, TX. This is a temporary role with expected duration of 12 months. Reporting to Corporate Payroll Manager with dotted line to Payroll/Benefits Team.

Ensure that all HR Operations processes meet departmental and organizational goals in accordance with all federal guidelines and regulations. Under direct supervision, coordination of time entries such as missing punches, accrual entries and special pays. Audit, review, and reconcile timesheet reports. Answer employee questions on healthcare coverage. Prepare employee-facing communication materials including time / open enrollment communications, manager and employee level training, etc. Maintain active and appropriate communication with facility and regional management, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders as needed.

• Minimum of one year’s professional timekeeping experience with focus on ADP Payroll.
• ADP Workforce Now experience with Time and Attendance.
• Union experience a PLUS.
• Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office products required, including intermediate or higher Excel, Word, & Power Point.
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs desired.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player when necessary.

• Computer proficiency.
