The HR & Benefits Coordinator provides support to the Human Resources and Benefits functions, including HRIS data entry, file maintenance, open enrollment and benefits administration and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Assists with completion and processing of employment-related information including new hire documentation, wage changes, positions changes, terminations, etc.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. Reconciles benefits statements.
- Performs Human Resource and benefit-related administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Two years general HR experience strongly preferred.
- At least two years Benefits experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software. (ADP & iCIMS a PLUS!)
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
