In a High-Tech Insulating Glass manufacturing facility, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing customers’ needs and inquiries effectively and efficiently of high-quality Insulating Glass for Residential Window & Door Manufacturers. You will be working with our team to achieve daily production goals, and to provide superior quality and service to both internal and external customers.

Experience

• Focus on customer relations and maintaining a high level of service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
• Office work experience in a manufacturing environment desired
• Experience with a computerized order entry system is preferred
• Experience with Word and Excel
• Proficiency in math to include fractions, millimeters, and tape measure

Required Education and Qualification:

• Solid Work History or High Recommendation from References
• High School Equivalent, or Related Work Experience
• Self-Motivated / Career-Minded / Punctual / Dependable

Job Responsibilities – Essential Job Functions

• Creating and plotting AutoCAD files and printing
• Direct contact with customers/vendors; ability to provide a friendly and professional experience
• Manage manual/electronic orders using E1 software system
• Process accurate schedules using E1 software system
• Willingness to seek out additional roles and responsibilities within your department
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility – may be required to work overtime to meet customer deadlines

• Ensure all orders are accurate, including pricing, prior to advancing to scheduling
• Organizing and distributing schedules to appropriate departments
• Communicating effectively with office personnel, production managers/leads to ensure efficiencies in production flow.
