The Teacher shall report to and is accountable to the Deans of Students, Director of Academics, and the Head of School. As a person integral to Caprock Academy’s team, the teacher will maintain the integrity of, advocate for, and facilitate the implementation of Caprock Academy’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values at all times.

Compensation
Starting salary range of $37,000 – $41,000 depending on experience and education. This is a full-time, exempt position. Competitive benefits package includes health coverage (medical, dental, vision), and Colorado PERA Retirement participation.
The Caprock Academy Board of Directors (CABD) maintains a job description for each position at Caprock Academy. These descriptions are subject to change by the CABD as Caprock Academy evolves. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, the reallocation of responsibilities among personnel and new positions being created, as warranted.
