Cap City Apartments Hiring for Apartment Leasing Agent Job at Columbus, OH Full Time

We are looking for capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants.

We have an outstanding leasing bonus program:

During a one week span it is:

• 1st lease $75
• 2nd lease $100
• 3rd lease $125
• It then starts over the next week at $75 for the 1st lease and $25 for each additional lease
• Bonuses are paid when the resident moves in.

Responsibilities

• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
• Confirm rental application data and personal references
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

Skills

• Proven working experience as leasing agent
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Up to date with property market status
• MS Office familiarity
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
