Description
The Director of the Student Wellness Center is responsible for the administration and
oversight of programs and personnel that ensure the efficient, equitable, and student-centered delivery of acute behavioral and medical
services to students. This position is responsible for administrative duties associated with those functions including, but not limited to,
program planning and compliance, departmental budgeting, assessment, and meeting the wellness needs of student clients. The Director of the
Student Wellness Center reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management & Student Success and Dean of Students.

Minimum Qualifications
* Master’s degree
in counseling, social work or related field, and licensed in Oklahoma.* A minimum of two to five years of mental health
counseling experience. * Ability to effectively manage staff and provide direct counseling to students. * Excellent
oral and written communication skills. * Experience administering budgets. * Ability to accurately prepare and
maintain records and reports. * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, namely Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
* Five or more years of mental health counseling experience in a college/university
setting. * Demonstrated management experience in a health-related field. * Experience addressing behavioral health
with a wide variety of student types including at-risk populations.

Salary Range:
The position is budgeted at $63,000/year plus benefits. Opportunity for performance compensation is subject to approval and
budgetary availability after one year.
