Under the general supervision of
the assistant director of the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), the incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of the EOP
Microsoft Access student record database. Incumbent will also be responsible for extracting data from PeopleSoft and university dashboards
to support ongoing EOP functions; merging information to create EOP reports; and monitoring student academic standing, basic skills
progress, and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status using data from all systems. Incumbent will be responsible for processing student
reinstatement paperwork, appeals, and all applicable forms completed by EOP staff. Incumbent will also be responsible for creating and
maintaining archive, hard copy and digital EOP documents, coordinating Mid-Semester Evaluation (progress reports) reviews, and all EOP
student correspondence. Incumbent is also responsible for consistently re-evaluating EOP practices to streamline processes/procedures in
collaboration with EOP Assistant Director.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $4,500 per month
Classification Salary Range:
$3,518 – $6,791 per month
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision

Possession of a valid
Driver’s License is required. Employees in this position will be enrolled in the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Government Employer
Pull Notice Program which confirms possession of a valid driver’s license and reflects driving record.
Mandated Reporter
The person holding this position is considered a `mandated reporter’ under the California Child Abuse and Neglect
Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of
employment.
