Job Title – HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Department – Human Resources
Reports To – EVP/ Chief People Officer
FSLA Status – Exempt
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR Generalist will focus on HR compliance in the areas of benefits administration, leave management, and recruiting. Additionally the HR Generalist will be responsible for end-to-end processing of commissions and sales incentive payment calculations, in accordance to commission and incentive plans.

This position includes direct or indirect interaction with customers and other team members and therefore includes responsibilities relating to BSA/AML. The team member will have opportunity to examine and view information and documents produced by other team members of the Bank relating to BSA and therefore has the obligation to report suspicious activity to the BSA Officer as appropriate. The team member is responsible for understanding and following the Bank’s BSA/AML policies including elevating suspicious activity to the BSA Officer. Additionally, the team member is required to understand and follow the Bank’s compliance program.
