The Opportunity
We’re looking for a quick, creative, confident, and knowledgeable Social Media Coordinator/Marketing Assistant to join our law firm. The Cabanas Law Firm is a highly experienced legal team that focuses exclusively on family law matters serving the Miami-Dade and Broward counties in Florida.
You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager to generate daily posts for our social media accounts, creating graphics and respective copies to accompany the post (created in Canva), create new Social media profiles, and schedule posts across 20+ platforms to target a specific audience/market. This is a full-time remote role and the typical working hours are from 10am to 7pm EST.

Main Responsibilities:
Content Creation
– Create content (graphics for social media posts) aligned with the company’s brand (tone and voice,
marketing efforts)
– Create the copy that will accompany the images and videos. The copy must be aligned with the firm’s
tone and brand.
– Understand content optimization on the following platforms (but not limited to):
– Facebook – Instagram – YouTube – Pinterest – LinkedIn
– TikTok
– Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the
company’s marketing activities
– Create and maintain a social media calendar to keep track of initiatives/campaigns
Community Management
– Manage engagement on the different platforms to cultivate an online following
– Follow online conversations while maintaining the brand
– Manage reviews across websites to maintain a positive online presence
– Address or relay customer concerns to the proper channel
Data Analytics and Reporting
– Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain
number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
– Analyzing and gathering data found from different platform analytics tools and recommending strategies
– SEO Optimization
Qualifications and Expectations:
– Social Media Management experience (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/Pinterest/LinkedIn/TikTok/ LinkedIn) including data analytics
– Excellent communicator with experience in copywriting
– Proven work experience as a social media manager with a demonstrated ability to deliver creative
content (text, image and video/ experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (basic))
– Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies
– Knowledge in SEO optimization (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
