Minimum Qualifications:

Certified TEC I and TEC II are required. Associate degree in Early Childhood a plus.
2 Years’ experience preferred
You must be able to obtain the Clearances required by Joseph R. Biden III and the Child Protection Act

Duties Include:

To provide the children with a safe loving and nurturing environment
To meet the children’s needs in areas of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
To prepare with the director an appropriate classroom curriculum and weekly plan sheets to carry out the established goals.
To keep attendance records for the classroom
To carry out appropriate and positive discipline
To help build and function as part of a supportive team
To maintain a room arrangement that is safe, inviting, interesting and stimulating
