Role

We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our unique team of specialists.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with our customers and become your customer’s loyal advisors.
• Leading on-boarding processes end-to-end to transfer from legacy systems to our Fox solution.
• Comprehend customer business processes and provide creative solutions using existing technical capabilities
• Improve onboarding processes, deepen the customers’ utilization of the system, and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of proven experience as customer success manager to a complex solution such as ERP/CRM/billing systems
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken
• Passionate working with customers
• Fast self-learner of new subjects, sectors, and technical content
• Comprehend customer business processes and provide creative solutions using existing technical capabilities
