We are seeking an MSP experienced System Engineer (ConnectWise).
The System Engineer (ConnectWise) will work alongside 6 other System & Network Engineers handling projects relating to client infrastructure and level 3 escalated tickets as needed. System Engineer (ConnectWise) will work on projects such as, but not limited to O365 migrations, Azure deployments, firewall configurations, infrastructure upgrades, etc.
System Engineer (ConnectWise) Requirements:
- Must have advanced experience with each of the following:
- System hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
- Switches, firewalls, and advanced infrastructure.
- Server applications such as SQL Server and RDS.
- Cloud solutions such as M365
- Virtualization using VMware or Hyper-V (both is a plus)
- Must have intermediate experience with each of the following:
- Cloud-based datacenters such as Azure and AWS.
- Voice technologies and phone systems.
- ConnectWise Manage, Automate, or Control (all 3 is a plus)
System Engineer (ConnectWise) Salary + Benefits:
- $110,000 – $120,000
- Health/Vision/Dental
- Company paid short-term/long-term disability, and life insurance

- 75% work from home, 25% in office or on client sites
