Position Requirement: To provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department by assisting with recruiting employee relations, special project, as well as performing general Human Resources function. Responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, executing, and creating reports to ensure data integrity and improving human resources. Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and departmental integrity.
Education Requirements Include:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related field. Other Qualification:
1 to 2 years’ experience in an office/administrative department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior organizational skills and detail – oriented
Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects

Nature and Scope:
This position reports to the Senior Human Resources Generalist who reports to the Director, Human Resources.
The incumbent will interact with all levels of employees at the Bellwood facility including visitors to facility. Frequent contact occurs with the immediate supervisor and other Human Resources members for information and knowledge sharing and collaboration on daily tasks and continuous improvement projects. The incumbents will also provide customer service and satisfaction to employees who comes to the Human Resources departments.
The incumbent is expected to collaborate with other members of the Human Resources department to make continual improvements in processes through automation and the elimination of non-value-added activities. The incumbent is also to assist in other administrative functions supporting other functional disciplines.
This position requires excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, ability to work with a diversified employee population, as well as a high degree of discretion due to exposure confidential information.
Accountabilities:
Provide support to HR Team with recruiting needs including, but not limited to the following hourly job posting and bidding process, hourly new hire orientation, agency employee process and administration of files.
Partner with HR Generalist to facilitate file creation for new hire and terminated employee file administration.
Establish reporting metrics for Monthly Measurable and report to management.
Gather information for EEOC charges and telephone hearings as needed.
Contribute to the payroll process by reconciling inconsistencies and verifying data integrity.
Enter data in specific HRIS systems during an employees and agency employees’ files cycle.
Execute and create report to verify data integrity and provide tools for managements strategies.
Retain accurate records of all Human Resource files, including employee personnel files.
Perform audits of data as needed.
Assist with Kronos training for new Supervisors.
Maintain intranet site for HR Paperwork’s.
Support company philanthropic campaign efforts.
Provide customer service to employees and visitors of Human Resource department.
Assist with HR project and the coordination of social events as needed.
Miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as assigned.
