Bodyguard is seeking on-site bookkeeper / office assistant with minimum 2 years QuickBooks desktop experience, and well as general knowledge of basic accounting.
*This is a non-smoking company.
DUTIES:
Data entry
Vendor purchase orders
Manage inventory and non-inventory items
Bill matching, auditing, and AP entry
Account register reconciliation
Manage sales tax reports
Basic knowledge of P&L and balance sheets
Other general office duties such as phones, filing, and light housekeeping
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP experience.
Positive attitude & highly motivated
Friendly attitude
Excellent communication and phone skills
Great attendance record at past jobs
Reliable transportation
Valid driver license
Must pass drug screen
Must be at least 18 years old
SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
