The Human Resources Manager serves as a business partner to the Divisional President and brand leaders within the Media and Marketing Group, employee advocate for the people and the business in strategic decisions and day-to-day interactions. The ideal candidate possesses a keen ability to navigate through difficult situations and add value as an extension of the Chief People Officer and the leadership team. Proactive and anticipatory, the HR Manager is highly focused on employee engagement and retention efforts, creating positive connections with our employees and leaders. This is a hybrid position (currently remote but returning to the office in NYC a couple of days a week) with excellent benefits and career path advancement.
