Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Communications, the Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for managing four areas of work:
Execute the Internal Communications Strategy: The manager will execute the strategic vision for how the Internal Communications team operates and serves employees within the organization. This includes managing and executing through communications channels such as email, SharePoint, internal meetings, and events.
Coordinate, lead, support, and manage the internal communications stakeholders: this includes office administration, Employee Resource Groups, and support staff. The manager will build a team of stakeholders who can effectively support executive, departmental, and office leadership with the communication and engagement of employees. The manager will build and deepen strong relationships with executive and departmental leadership to gain their support in formalizing the internal communications practice at BioAgilytix.
Operationalize the Internal Communications Function: The manager will create and implement the systems, processes, and practices that guide how to partner with the Internal Communications team and set quality-control standards to maintain consistent clarity, brevity, voice, and tone in all employee communications.
