Oversee and manage the HR Global Operations team, which is responsible for global HR operational activities and the HR help desk. This role manages 4 people in Seattle and is responsible for ensuring current SLAs remain high, while looking for strategy-aligned opportunities to improve the team and provide excellent service to other HR groups and employees at the Foundation. The role would also assume the responsibility as the HIPAA Privacy Officer for the foundation.

Seeking a candidate with HR operations experience and the ability to lead teams and manage projects. Ability to see and understand the bigger picture strategy and vision for the organization, and connect those to the direction and operational activities of the team. Prior experience could include knowledge of HR systems (Workday), HR benefits, HR processes (e.g., verification of employment, leaves & departures, contingent worker set up, recruiting processes and hire/onboarding procedures, and other HR operations activities) and experience leading teams and managing projects. Knowledge of help desks, including help desk support software such as Zendesk, is also desirable.
