Position Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Compliance Analyst under general supervision of the Senior Director of People Resources assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR Compliance Analyst carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, and employment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Skills/Knowledge: Proficient in Suite computer skills required. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong attention to detail while being results and solution driven. Track record of working with a sense of urgency, meeting deadlines while producing high quality work. Highly organized; detail-oriented to manage large sets of data from multiple sources. Ability to quickly identify critical trends, as well as data inconsistencies. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
