Administrative Assistant with HR experience
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least 3+ HR experience to help grow our company! This is a HYBRID position. The person would be going into office in Irwindale at least one day a week.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with at least 3+ HR experience to help grow our company! This is a HYBRID position. The person would be going into office in Irwindale at least one day a week.
Day to day responsibilities
- Responsible for guiding new hires, rehires and internal moves through the onboarding process in a timely manner
- Initiate background checks and medical screening requests
- Ensure all Onboarding paperwork and Form I-9 is accurately completed and submitted timely
- Handles confidential, and sensitive information professionally in accordance with all policies, HR best practices and HIPPA privacy regulations
