Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Treasury Operations Analyst to join our team. The Senior Treasury Operations Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Treasury team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positions, including forecasting cash flows and analyzing cash balances to optimize liquidity.
• Monitor bank accounts, including initiating electronic payments, wire transfers, and cash movements.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash and treasury reports.
• Make payments in different currencies across different platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to optimize services and minimize costs.
• Support the accounting team in the reconciliation of bank accounts and the preparation of monthly bank statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk related to foreign currency exposure and interest rate risks.
• Assist the Director of Treasury with managingthe administration of company bank accounts to provide for effective visibility and control of cash.
• Assist the Director of Treasury with designing and implementing the Companys standard processes for treasury operations.
• Assist the Director of Treasury to manage the treasury integration for all of the Companys acquisitions and the shared services integration as applicable based on the integration plan for each acquisition.
• Provide insights and recommendations for the treasury infrastructure in the Companyss upcoming ERP migration.
• Assist with the treasury teambox and perform ad-hoc requests as required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or banking.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms is a plus.
