Job duties include:
Manage day-to-day benefit functions for clients
Assist with issues related to processing benefits
Respond to employees inquiries related to benefit coverage, claims issues, COBRA, etc
Perform invoice reconciliation and provide summaries
Prepare and distribute new hire, termination, and COBRA packages to employees
Provide assistance to employees regarding medical, dental, life insurance, and HSA
Coordinate annual open enrollment process. Participate in employee meetings and assist with online enrollments
Run change reports to identify employee status changes
Work with brokers on new and renewed benefits relating to employee communication and delivery
This position also assists with other intercompany positions and assists with payroll and accounts payable processing on as well.
We are seeking someone highly motivated, detail oriented, and works well with a team. – Experience is a plus but not required, we are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $34,507.20 – $42,878.10 per year
