Pay

Grade 6
$66,100 – $74,700 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The base salary range represents the starting and expected pay for this position. Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexible hours required to meet business needs). This position is onsite at our corporate office in Collegedale, TN.

Job Summary

McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter to join our team at our leading food manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring internal and external candidates across multiple departments, with a focus on manufacturing positions, including high-volume production positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies that support our business goals.

• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for high-volume manufacturing positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Participate in the full talent acquisition process including reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews, onsite interviews, administering assessments, extending job offers and onboarding new hires
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Provide regular updates and reporting to hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Participate in high school, college and trade school career fairs and other recruiting events as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 60 college credit hours
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
• One year of related recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of high-volume recruiting strategies and tools, including online job boards and social media
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing recruiting, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
• Experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System
