We are looking for teachers and assistant teachers to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facilities. (Full or part time positions available)

Locations: Positions open in all locations.

• 90 Rope Ferry Rd Waterford CT
• 11 Center St Salem CT
• 161 West Main St. Niantic CT

AGE GROUPS: Positions open in all age groups.

• Infants : 6 weeks – 15 months
• Toddlers: 16 months- 2.5 years
• Preschool: 2.5 years- 5 years
• Before and after school: 6 years – 12 years

HOURS OF OPERATION : 6:30AM-6:00PM

DUTIES:

• You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination.
• Interacting in a positive and encouraging manner.
• Maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment
• Assist in classroom management, including small group and one-on-one activities
• Work with co-teachers to plan and implement lesson plans and activities.

REQUIREMENTS: Varies based on position.

ASSISTANT TEACHER:

• High-school diploma
• Nice to have some early childhood education credits with interest in pursuing further education (tuition scholarship provided)

TEACHER:

• Experience working in a center-based childcare program
• Associates degree and early childhood education credits preferred
