The Billing Specialist will act as a liaison between Aya Healthcare’s client facilities and our healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices and process payments for our clients
• Resolve payroll and billing discrepancies
• Maintain billing/payroll changes and updates within internal software
• Manage communications via emails and phone calls for client invoices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years’ experience in payroll, billing, collections
• 1+ year in healthcare industry handling invoices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High sense of urgency
• Excellent attention to detail
