Under limited direction, the Benefits Manager owns all functions related to company-sponsored retirement plans specifically, defined contribution 401k savings plans, and non-qualified executive retirement programs. Knowledge of Defined Benefit plans helpful. Needs to be familiar with FMLA, Life insurance provisions and state-to-state disability rules in the U.S.
Principal activities include extensive project management of day-to-day processes within retirement plan administration and recordkeeping activities for 401k programs including regulatory compliance, benefit calculations assistance, participant communications. Additional activities include acting as SME backup for Pension, Health & Welfare and Leave Benefit Managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
The pay range for this opportunity is from $97,300 to $131,350 + performance-related bonus + benefits
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
