International Manufacturing Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their HR department!

Schedule: 40 hours/per week

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Job Description:

• This position will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department with day to day operations
• Update timesheets and assist employees with personal time off requests
• Manage recruiting and factory tours
• Assist in On-Boarding new employees
• Assist in Benefits Administration
• Maintain accurate and complete employee personnel files/filing

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate Degree
• 2+ years of administrative assistant or onboarding, recruiting, payroll
• Excellent communications skills and problem solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Data Entry
