Assists in supporting members with leave management administration services. Effectively coordinates all cases/claims to include general administration, comprehensive case management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act and all related employment laws. In addition, this position will assist the AI HR team with a variety of HR projects and member support needs.
