Job Description
The Polytechnic School (TPS) in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at the Polytechnic campus is seeking a full-time Academic Success Advisor. This position reports to the Academic Success Coordinator and is responsible for advising a caseload of students providing one on one, as well as group academic advising, recruitment/retention, and academic success support functions for students to ensure ongoing successful progress to completion of an undergraduate degree program. Under general supervision; as key contributor to increasing student retention and graduation university-wide, supports students in making timely progress toward a degree through a range of in‐person and online academic counseling and support strategies.

Essential Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree AND one (1) year or more previous experience in one or more of the following: advising, student recruitment/retention or related student services utilizing a proactive and innovative approach which results in demonstrated outcomes in retention, graduation, and academic planning; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
