Opening for a Wholesale Account Customer Service Representative who will work with Wholesale accounts, assist them in making their purchase selections, and take orders. This person will also document order details for production, and interact with customers for shipping, delivery, and pickup of products.

We are fast growing custom outdoor furnishing company.

The job includes Hourly pay + Sales Commission, paid holidays, and Paid Personal time off.

The right candidate will be responsible, reliable, energetic, and able to work independently. Must be Microsoft Excel and Word proficient, have good communication skills both verbally and in writing, and be able to follow up and complete tasks with strong attention to detail.

Job Duties:

• Respond to all phone and email inquiries
• Assist customers with selecting their product options
• Process orders placed via phone / email
• Document and create order packets for production
• Track order progress and maintain communication with customers throughout the process
• Ensure final product is completed on schedule and to customer specifications
• Arrange customer pickups and drop offs as needed
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidates posses:

• Microsoft Excel and Word proficient
• Google Docs proficient
• Must be able to properly measure and document items
• Previous inside sales and customer service experience
• Good understanding of sales and customer interaction techniques
• A pleasant demeanor
• Ability to see colors
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English well

Education

• High School or GED required
• Associates / Bachelor a plus
