Aquifer is seeking to fill an HR/Office Administrator role to work on site a minimum of 3 days per week with the ability to flex up as needed. While Aquifer is a remote-first organization, we maintain an office in downtown Hanover, NH to support employees who need/want a space to connect, collaborate and work with others. This means we need help managing our awesome new space and office operations!

How will you make an impact? Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the HR/Office Administrator will provide comprehensive people services through the entire employee life cycle: payroll, recruitment, employee benefit administration, new employee orientation and on-boarding, employee retention and engagement activities and the accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records. As the HR Administrator you will work closely with other departments to provide customer-focused, effective people services to the organization for the achievement of Aquifer’s Mission and Vision. As the Office Administrator, your impact will be felt by creating an office environment that is organized, supportive, efficient and runs smoothly every day!
