  • Assisting customers with account information, such as balance inquiries and transaction histories
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues
  • Processing account transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Referring customers to other staff or resources for specialized assistance
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Maintaining customer records and documentation
  • Following bank policies and procedures, and adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $16.00 – $19.17 per hour
