Ready to join our family as a Human Resources Coordinator? You’ll oversee areas such as onboarding, Form I-9 compliance, processing employee personnel action forms, employee relations, and tackle other personnel duties.

Important Information

Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions/concerns about HR Topics
• Accurately maintain HRIS data and personnel file
• Submit new hire paperwork and I9 to potential candidates being considered for hire
• Submit necessary background check and/or drug test requirements that need to be completed prior to being hired
• Follow up with candidates to ensure items are completed
• Other various administrative duties deemed necessary by the HR Manager

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a HR Coordinator capacity
• Experience with ADP a plus
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office software – specifically Excel
