Aon is looking for an Account Specialist!
As an Account Specialist, as part of our Service Delivery business group within the Aon Small Commercial team, you will assist Account Executives/Brokers on assigned accounts, handling key processes and undertaking client facing and internal activities as they relate to our commercial risk business. This is achieved through effective communication and partnership with our internal and outsourced ACS (Aon Client Services) partners!
Role Responsibilities:
Routinely and effectively interface with local Aon office account executives, client contractors and carriers to ensure client needs are being met
Obtain all WrapUp forms (notice of awards, insurance cost worksheet, enrollment, payroll, certificates of insurance, project completion) in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with contractors to obtain missing or incomplete forms
Verify the data contained in received WrapUp forms is reasonable and consistent
Assess the quality and completeness or delinquency of team member activities
Enter the data into the AonWrap computer application
Receive and place calls from/to contractors and carriers to resolve problems in a proactive manner
Provide quality checks on data entered & correct and properly log errors.
Finalize contractor insurance credits and review offshore staff’s performance in calculating those credits.
Handle a workload of 10 to 15 projects with 300 to 600 individual contracts.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $46,000 to $61,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted to reflect applicant’s geographic location.
