Compensation: $100,000 –
$110,000 per year
Position Overview
Antioch University is seeking a Title IX Coordinator, under the direction of
the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Success, to lead efforts on Title IX compliance and serve as a subject matter expert on Title IX
requirements, compliance, and best practices, ensuring that Antioch University complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972,
current guidance from the Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights, training requirements found in the Violence Against Women Act
(VAWA), and State Title IX law.
The Title IX Coordinator receives, investigates, and provides written reports of Complaints under
Federal law and University Policy 4.607, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Violence, and Sex Discrimination. The Title IX Coordinator works with all
areas of the University to ensure compliance and that the administration is aware of changes to Federal requirements and recommendations The
Title IX Coordinator demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in working and collaborating with the Antioch community

Minimum requirements
Preferred qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, higher education
administration, or J.D. or equivalent from an accredited law school.

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT
This full-time position serves a multi-location national university. A work schedule
will be established in consultation with the supervisor.
WORK LOCATION
The Title IX Coordinator will be
assigned to the University’s Central Administration with an opportunity to work in person or remotely.
